Gamalactic-13

Gamalactic-13 is my first 2D Platformer.

Modification
There are various things I modified within the game such as:

~ I changed the Title from Super Space-stronaut to Gamalactic-13.
~ From the Main Menu you can see that I added a working Credit Section and a total of 5 Levels that all go to the corresponding Levels.
~ The background on the Main Menu Screen is updated and has many little space assets such as a different planet, a different space station, asteroids and a large black hole to add flavour to the MainMenu.
~ When you go into the first level you will see that there is a space background behind the foreground outside of the ship and the  music is not the same music that the project template gave us to follow.
~ The area that you can move around in is a tad different, there are more obstacles to pass through to get the initial key. I also added in extra pickups. I wanted to keep the first level similar to show that I understood the concepts being taught.
~ The 4 Levels  that proceed the initial 1st level are completely different and the levels get larger and larger the more you progress and have to kill more enemies, go through more obstacles and unlock more doors and get to each checkpoint.
~ I added several different enemy types to the game, static enemies, floating enemies, smart walking enemies who don't walk off platforms.
~ I added extra waypoints for moving platforms so that they may operate hitting many more points instead of just two.
~ I added one working waypoint enemy in the last area of Level4 as well. 
~ I implemented some game mechanics such as bouncing off enemies to make it through certain acid filled areas.
~ I have added some intensive platforming areas in Level5 near the end. 
~ I added crawl spaces by playing with the background and foreground, so that it would simulate moving from location to location through vents.

To Move Use: A and D Keys (Left and Right)

To Jump Use: Spacebar

To  Pause or Exit Use: Esc Key
